Our experience here was really really nice. Everything was amazing, so were exceptional views of the castle and the plains. The room was very good sized with a spacious bathroom. Appreciated how pleasant the property was. The staff was consistently courteous and around most of the time. Our room was brand-new and tidy with panoramic views, a great view and all facilities, just what we needed. The location was great, walking distance to bars and restaurants. A cathedral and a monastery were walking distance to the accommodation.

Celebrated Christmas here and it was lovely to find festive touches such as decorations and music in the lobby. They also offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies which were a nice touch. The location is great, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the holiday atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city.
navigating the complex layout of the hotel was confusing and frustrating at times. We had trouble finding our way around and the lack of signage or maps made it difficult to get our bearings.

Everything was simply very good. Staff were professional and breakfast was sensational. Had perfect location in the heart of the old town, minutes from a cathedral and a beautiful cathedral. Amazing food in the Michelin-starred restaurant was the best part.
